Spam Policy
Using KVSA Webservices means, among other things, sending electronic newsletters
or marketingcampagnes that inform registered addresses.
KVSA Webservices does not take part in the spread ot SPAM. SPAM is the sending of
bulk messages without the consent of the recipient. I.e. if information is sent
to people who haven't clearly indicated they want to receive the information, this
can be considered SPAM.
European legislation
Since October 1st 2003, any company that is commercially involved in sending electronic
newsletters must adhere to the regulations requiring database files to be collected
by using the so-called opt-in principle.
What does opt-in and opt-out mean?
With the Opt-in principle the recipient expressly grants permission for the receipt
of an electronic newsletter. The recipient is also informed about the type of content
and frequency with which the newsletter will be sent. Opt-out means that the recipient
of the newsletter can unsubscribe in every mailing. This option is available in
every newsletter sent by the KVSA Webservices products and cannot be overriden by
the sender.
What is double Opt-in?
The double Opt-in consent means having double confirmation to receive a digital
newsletter. The subscriber receives an extra notification by e-mail to confirm the
subscription.
KVSA Webservices SPAM-policy
KVSA Webservices can monitor all lists that are imported and all electronic newsletters
that are sent. If we suspect a user of sending SPAM, we reserve the right to terminate
this by cancelling the account without notice.
Every newsletter has an option to unsubscribe attached to the bottom of the mail.
Every attempt to circumnavigate this link will result in immediate termination of
the account.
KVSA Webservices can also check the subjects of large mailings. Every mailing with
misleading subjects or illegal information will immediately result in termination
of the account. We invite the Internet community to supply us with feedback about
our customers that make illegal use of our applications.
If you've been the victim of SPAM sent by one of our users, please notify us on
info@kvsawebservices.nl.
